Disable SmarterMail User Webmail access

 

NOTE: Below steps need to be performed by Email Administrator only

 

Go to SmarterMail Email Console http://mail.yourdomainname.com then login with your Admin ID and Password

Go to Domain Settings > Accounts > then select the Email User, disable by turn off the Webmail as below

 and click Save to finish the settings, logout from the Email Admin Console.
